Why is Paneer a Staple Source of Protein for Indian Vegetarians?
Paneer, the Indianized version of cheese is very dearly known as cottage cheese. Paneer is packed with intense nutrients, like calcium and protein making it a versatile and wholesome ingredient. To obtain a crunchy texture, we coat the paneer with sesame seeds. Sesame seeds not only add a nuttiness to any dish but also offer antioxidants, healthy fats, and fiber.
