Ingredients
- 100g of each button, oyster, and shitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- Around 5 to 6 finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of chili flakes
- 1 tsp of soy sauce and vinegar
- Salt as per taste
- Fresh cilantro
Method
- For properly preparing the mushrooms, clean and cut the mushrooms. Pat them dry afterward.
- In a pan, sauté some garlic with butter and olive oil until fragrant.
- Then add the mushrooms and sauté on medium heat until the moisture is released and they turn brown.
- Add soy sauce, chili flakes, salt and vinegar. Until everything is coated properly, stir properly together.
- Then remove the dish from the pan and garnish with fresh cilantro and voila serve!
